"Before Crossfit, my workout repertoire included elliptical machines and the typical gym classes. For me, learning the exercises involved in Crossfit was going to take a lot more patience and determination, and a good coach. I was ready for the challenge, but so was coach Keith. Keith was patient when I looked at him blankly when he asked me to perform exercise I’d never done before. Keith also genuinely celebrated my accomplishments as if they were his own, allowing me to build the confidence I needed to get better. Before long, I had learned new exercises, my body had changed and I had gained confidence in the movements that once intimidated me. I know I did most of the work, but it took a good coach to pull it all together. Thank you, coach Keith, for helping me build the foundation I needed in order to become the Crossfitter I am today."

"Working with Keith has been a great experience. He is a motivating and very knowledgable coach. Keith helped me conquer the kipping pull up which allowed me to love pull up WODs rather than despise them! He is not only a great coach but a great athlete. Competing with him as a team at Regionals was an awesome experience. He also took time to help programming in preparation for Regionals.
